於「卓嘉」室內場進行之滾軸溜冰課堂，無論是同學們還是導師，所有穿上滾軸溜冰鞋的運動員都要求戴上合 CE 認證的頭盔和護具。
而卓嘉於室內場租用的頭盔更採用意大利 MET HELMET。
Participants must be member of Checker Inline Skating School (“School”).
Participants should be aware of their health condition, and are advised to stay at home for rest instead of attending the workshop when feeling unwell.
Participants should present their receipts and identity documents to our staff for inspection when attending the workshop.
The validity period of the tuition fee will be varied from the amount purchased and shown on the reciept. The tuition fee which has expired will be forfeited.
If a student is absent from his / her class continuously for one month without prior notice, his / her vacancy will be open to other student. Any tuition fee balance within the validity period will be carried forward to other class to be arranged.
Our staff have the right to prohibit anyone who fails to observe the instructions from attending workshop and no refund will be entertained.
For safety reason, instructors or our staff may reject anyone whose health condition is considered unsuitable for participation.
No refund on enrolment fees or transfer to other workshops or change of participants would be entertained once the application is accepted by the School.
Except instructors, participants and our staff, nobody are allowed to enter the venue during the workshop.
If a workshop has to be cancelled due to inclement weather or venue maintenance, etc., our staff will notify the participants of the subsequent arrangement as soon as possible.
In case of insufficient enrolment, participants will be notified of the cancellation of workshop at least 3 days prior to the commencement date.
The School reserves the right to change the instructor, time and venue of the workshop.
Any participants found to have caused damage to the School’s properties, are liable to a fine, based on the market value of the damaged goods.
Participants must wear helmet and waist guide for the lessons, other protective gears are subject to his own preferences. The School shall not be held any liability to any injuries or dead incident caused in the classes.
The School has covered the public liability. Participants should be responsible for their own personal accident insurance coverage.
In case of any disputes, the School reserves the rights for all final decision.
